In addition to sharing, this plugin also offers functionalities for customers to place orders directly via WhatsApp. It can display an “Order on WhatsApp” button on various pages, including shop, product, and cart pages, allowing customers to send their order details through the messaging app. Store owners can receive comprehensive order information via WhatsApp and even send a “Pay Now” link to facilitate payment completion. The plugin also supports adding multiple WhatsApp numbers for different store branches or customer service contacts.
