Request a Quote

Description

This plugin allows you to have your customers request quotes. Products that can or should be quoted for can be defined by individual product, product categories or -tags, or every product in your webshop.

For quotation products, the default ‘Add to Cart’ button will be replaced by an ‘Add to Quote’ button. It is possible to display prices on quotable products.

The plugin lets you to narrow down the type of customers allowed to request quotes, based on roles or login status.

With the ‘Add to Quote’ button, customers create a Quote List. When the quote list is submitted, you’ll receive an email with the list of products. The plugin also generates a ‘Quote request’ in your WordPress dashboard, for which you can then edit prices. Once completed, you can send the user a reply (email) with the products and their quoted prices.

The customer will receive the quote, which contains a ‘Checkout now’ button, for when the customer wants to accept your quotation. The button will redirect the customer to the cart, where they can finalize their purchase. One making the purchase, the quote will be converted to a standard WooCommerce order.

Waitlist

Description

The Waitlist plugin allows you to track the demand for out-of-stock items and automatically notify customers when a product becomes available for purchase. By making a waiting list of people that wants the out-of-stock items, you can notify them easily when it is in stock and record who has been notified about which product. It also allows you to identify most wanted products to prioritise re-stocking. You can allow customers to review & edit their waiting lists from the “Your Waitlists” tab in their account.

You can customise this plugin by changing the notification emails, the waitlist button, and the “Your Waitlists” tab in customers’ account.

You get options such as to display opt-in elements when users are signing up to a waitlist, display waitlist buttons on pages such as the shop page/product category page, to add tracking codes to the emails, to email the admin when a customer joins a waitlist, to have a minimum stock number before the in-stock notifications are sent to the customers.

AWeber Newsletter Subscription

Description

The AWeber Newsletter Subscription plugin allows you to create mailings lists to assemble your client list and share the content you want with them about your online store.

You can create rules that manage which users are going to be in which mailing lists to keep the mailing lists clean. When people subscribe to the newsletter, you can automatically add/remove tags to the customers based on the category, subcategory or the product they have purchased from your site.

By adding a widget powered by AWeber, you can add a widget area in your site (for example at menus, sidebars, footers and others). This allows your customers to be able to subscribe to your newsletter wherever they are in your site with an AWeber Web Form.

This plugin enables you to track when carts are abandoned, capture customer email addresses and then send recovery emails to encourage the customers who abandoned these carts to complete their purchase.

An unlimited number of campaigns (a collection of emails) can be set up to send recovery emails. In addition to a standard campaign, you can also create unique campaigns for special events like holidays or sales.

Your emails can be fully customized using the plugin’s drag-and-drop editor and advanced liquid merge tags. You can also automatically generate dynamic coupon codes for each customer.

This plugin allows you to receive Slack notifications for events in your store as they happen, allowing you and your team to easily stay updated with minimal effort.
