Description
The “Order on WhatsApp for WooCommerce” plugin allows customers to initiate orders and communicate with store owners directly through WhatsApp, offering an alternative to the traditional checkout process. This plugin integrates a customizable button onto various store pages, including shop, product, and cart pages, enabling customers to easily send their order details.
When a customer clicks the WhatsApp order button, a pop-up checkout form appears, which they fill out before their order information is sent. The plugin supports both simple and variable products, and store owners can customize button text, color, and shape, as well as control its visibility on specific products, categories, or pages, including options to hide it on desktop or for non-logged-in users.
Beyond order placement, the plugin also facilitates product sharing and enables store owners to send order confirmations and status updates via the messaging app. It can also create corresponding orders automatically on the administrator’s WooCommerce dashboard and supports features like sending a “Pay Now” link to customers via WhatsApp for payment completion.
