Order Status Control

Description

The Order Status Control plugin allows you to get greater control over when paid orders are automatically completed. For example, if you sell shippable products, you typically need to ship them before completing the order. However, you may want some virtual orders to be auto-completed. Or you may not want any orders to automatically complete at all.

With this plugin, you can block virtual and downloadable orders from being automatically completed. You can also automatically complete more orders than the default. Typically, orders are updated from ‘pending’ to ‘processing’ after payment. You have to manually complete these once processed. This plugin enables you to automate the process of updating the order status to complete. For instance, you can automatically complete paid orders that only contain virtual items, or you can opt to automatically complete all paid orders in your shop, regardless of what type of product the order contains.

Purchase Order Gateway

Description

The Purchase Order Gateway plugin allows you to receive purchase order ID’s via your online store. It adds a field to the checkout screen where your customer can enter their purchase order number when they check out from your store.

The plugin requires no configuration. To tweak the instructions shown to the customer, visit the Settings > Checkout > Purchase Order screen.

Description

The Zapier plugin allows you to automatically send orders made in your online store, customer and subscription data to cloud services that you already use (such as Google Drive, Dropbox, Zendesk, MailChimp).

By setting up automation for Zapier, the changes will be updated automatically in your platforms when a customer makes a purchase or there is a change in the order status. By filtering notifications, you can only alert the relevant people about the changes. You can get daily, weekly or monthly reports on how your online store sales are doing.
